FAQ
Frequently asked questions about temporary email.
What is a temporary / disposable email?
A disposable email is a temporary, completely anonymous address that requires no registration. You get an instant, anonymous inbox to receive mail without exposing your real address.
Why would I need one?
To sign up on questionable sites without putting your personal inbox at risk. It's useful in any situation where your privacy matters.
How is it different from regular email?
No registration, full anonymity with automatic cleanup, instant delivery, auto-generated addresses, and built-in spam & tracker protection.
Can I send email?
No — this service only receives incoming messages. Sending is not supported.
How long does a mailbox live?
Your mailbox stays valid until you delete it. Inactive mailboxes are cleaned up automatically after a period of inactivity.
How long are messages stored?
Messages are kept for a limited time (about 7 days) and then deleted automatically. Please don't use disposable mail for anything important.
Can I read the received emails?
Yes — they appear in your mailbox in real time, no refresh needed.
I forgot my mailbox password — can you reset it?
No. Your password is generated in your browser and stored on your device; we can't recover it. Save it when the mailbox is created — with your email + password you can sign in from any device.
